Hobonichi Clear Cover – Keiko Shibata: Dog Ears Fluttering in the Wind – Weeks

This is the decorated version of the Clear Cover, an optional, extra covering that goes directly over your Hobonichi Techo Weeks book to protect it from wear and tear over the course of the year while instantly giving solid-color covers a fresh new look.

The illustration for Dog Ears Fluttering in the Wind was selected from the works of Keiko Shibata, a picture book artist and illustrator.

This piece is from a series of artworks drawn in 2022 with the theme of wind. A strong wind blows from the front, causing the dogs ears to flap. You can enjoy the unique expression of the wind, making the dogs eyes rounded and blowing the dogs fur.

Although the design could look like a dot pattern from a distance, it actually features seven different dogs in a diagonal pattern.

The colorful design is expressed in a warm touch with oil pastels. The various colors used make it go well with Weeks in any color.

Please note – this cover is only meant for regular weeks and weeks MEGA. Weeks made withPVC, leather, or faux leather(such as the smooth series) will have a hard time fitting into this cover.
